Who are we?
ArtySally is part of Blue2 Media partnership, Sally is an independent artist, selling her art and giftware online and at Artisan Events in the UK.

How do we collection information from you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about our products and services, enter one of our competitions, register to receive our newsletters or when you purchase our products.

What type of information is collection from you?
When you visit artysally.com, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. See ‘Use of Cookies’ and ‘Other Device Information’ below.

The personal information we collect, for example when you purchase an item, might include your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and IP address. If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

How is the information used?

Process and fulfil orders that you have submitted, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations.
Additionally we use this order information to screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
Aid us in responding to a query you have submitted to us;
Seek your views or comments on the services / products we provide;

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, send you communications that may be of interest to you. These may include information about new products, services;
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity. Unless you ask us to delete this information, which we are happy to oblige.

Who has access to your information?
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We may pass your information to our third party payment gateway providers and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing orders and providing services and products to you on our behalf.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any information you send to us is transmitted via HTTP and encrypted by Transport Layer Security (TLS). When you are on a secure page, this will be visible to you as a lock icon which will appear the bottom of web browsers or at the top near the URL field, and by the fact that the address for the website begins ‘https://’ rather than ‘http://’.

Whilst we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Use of ‘Cookies’
Like many other websites, the artysally.com website uses cookies. ‘Cookies’ are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognise you when you visit. They collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns, the webpages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site and do not identify you as an individual. Other device information
Whilst visiting our Sites, certain information is automatically logged about how you are using our Sites.
